In this leadership development course, the participants are expected to make use of their own resources in various types of individual activities. The objective of the course is not only to convey knowledge and engage in intellectual activities, but also to trigger emotions and memories of previous experiences in such a way that the whole personality comes into play.

The course is connected with the Christian faith through the use of Bible stories and episodes, keeping in mind that the target group consists of women who have been appointed to or employed in positions in the Church.
